Thessaloniki Center of Contemporary Art
It is an independent body of Thessaloniki State Museum of Contemporary Art. Via exhibitions, educational programmes for children and adults and other actions, supports and promotes in a regular basis, the innovative artistic expression of every form and type, keeps updated of all the international contemporary art trends, participates and implements exchange networks of cultural works and experience, seeks fruitful collaborations for supporting and promoting art. The Center of Contemporary Art mainly focuses on the relation between art and politics, gender and public space, and participates in Thessaloniki Biennale of Contemporary Art, organized by the Thessaloniki State Museum of Contemporary Art, either by hosting exhibitions or by promoting its own productions.
The center’s exhibitions are periodical.
